Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever of Nebraska is pleased to announce public access to “ArcPyro” a GIS based prescribed burn map planning template for both ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap. This is geared toward those already using the ArcGIS platform but there is a non-commercial version for landowners, burn associations, and students that cost about $100/year you could use if you’re tech savvy and want to learn to create maps for your own burn plans. I would suggest tuning into the webinar before downloading and using to see if it is something you could spend time learning as you may want to stick to doing it the old fashioned way.
