This event will provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the complex, multi-jurisdictional, scientific process that is undertaken to approve a biological control agent in the United States. Experts from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Department of Agriculture will explain the process and steps from the moment a weed is identified for biological control to the final approval for release.
