National Early Detection Rapid Response Information System Network Meeting
February 23 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Free
The National Early Detection Rapid Response (EDRR) Information System is an emerging online resource for invasive species information sharing and collaboration that serves as the centralized hub of the National EDRR Framework. This centralized network improves access to existing and emerging information resources and expands collaboration to facilitate early detection and rapid response to biological threats across the nation.
The foundation of the Information System is a web application that aids the EDRR community of practice in planning, detecting, responding and reporting threats and management actions. Throughout the development of this application, the EDRR human network will play a vital role in informing the content, design, and architecture of the Information System. On February 23, 2023, the US Geological Survey invites you to virtually join their first National EDRR Information System network meeting to learn more about the Information System and ways to get involved.
